WINDOWS XP USERS,
We are aware of the problems opening the PDF files in versions of
Windows XP using Acrobat Reader 5. We are currently investigating these issues,
and will update the information on this website as it becomes available to us.

WEBMASTER UPDATE
We now know that the following steps for downloading these PDF documents will
allow XP users to view these files.
IN NETSCAPE NAVIGATOR 3.x OR LATER:
- Right-click on the link, then choose Save
Link As from the pop-up menu.
- In the Save As, specify a name
and location for the PDF file, and then click Save.
- Open Adobe Acrobat 5
- Choose File > Open > and browse to the
location you saved the file to.
- Click Open - this should open
the file.
IN MICROSOFT INTERNET EXPLORER 4.0 OR LATER:
- Right-click on the link to the PDF file, and then choose Save
Target As from the pop-up menu.
- In the Save As dialog box,
specify a name and location for the PDF file, and then click Save.
- Open Adobe Acrobat 5
- Choose File > Open > and browse to the
location you saved the file to.
- Click Open - this should open
the file.
